Dear Foregen Supporters,

Thanks to the phenomenal support of our dedicated community, Foregen made significant progress in August, and we are excited to share the highlights with you:

Developing the Surgical Plan

On August 23rd, Dr. Dan mon O’Dey met with Dr. Angela Palumbo, Dr. Giacomo Rossi, Foregen President Vincenzo Aiello, and COO Ryan Jones to discuss the results of our animal trials. The outcomes of the sheep surgeries were reviewed, an ECM (Extracellular Matrix) was examined, and strategies were explored to refine the surgical plan for human trials. The meeting helped Dr. O’Dey further develop his ideas, leaving him impressed with the sheep trial results. The meeting was a clear success, and we are excited about the next steps. Dr. O’Dey will now focus on cadaver lab work and providing input on the decellularization protocols.

HistologiX Update

We continue to make strides in the histology study being conducted by HistologiX. The results of this study will contribute valuable insights to the scientific community regarding the human foreskin and will directly inform our design for the upcoming human clinical trials.

The Path to Human Trials

Our immediate focus is on finalizing the surgical plan. This plan will be pivotal in drafting the surgical protocols necessary for human clinical trials and will be a key component in our application for ethics approval. This is a crucial stage in our research, and we look forward to sharing more updates as we advance toward our goal.

Fundraising Success

Thanks to our incredibly generous and supportive community, Foregen raised a total of $16,603 in August! These funds are vital in securing laboratory space, materials, and staff required to continue our groundbreaking research. We are deeply grateful for your ongoing support.

Your continued support can make a significant difference. Join us in developing the world’s first regenerative medicine solution for circumcised men!

Sincerely,

Ryan Jones
