We’re excited to share this month’s updates with you:

Preclinical Research Collaboration

We’ve published a new video presentation that provides an overview of our ongoing preclinical research collaboration with Dr. Stanislav Žiaran. The overall goal is to harvest 15–20 tissue samples, which will then move through the remaining three milestones. So far, 10 samples have been collected, and 4 are currently undergoing dynamic decellularization. In April, we will begin milestone 3: dynamic recellularization. Our estimated timeframe for project completion is Q4 2025. A written overview of the project is also available on our website.

Histology Studies

Dr. José Vega has shared preliminary findings and histological slides from his study with us, which focuses on the nerves and specialized nerve structures in the foreskin. This work will inform our efforts to achieve reinnervation. The study is nearing completion and will soon be submitted for publication in a reputable journal.

We are also reviewing the first draft of the HistologiX histology study and are in discussions with our research partners on how best to incorporate it into our preparations for human clinical trials.

Animal Studies

The results of the rat and sheep trials are currently in the process of being submitted for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

Conference Call

We held our quarterly conference call with donors on March 30th, 2025, and will publish a recording of the event on YouTube within 1–2 weeks. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with donors and provide in-depth updates on our progress. Attendees asked excellent questions, and we look forward to sharing the discussion with the wider community soon.

Fundraising

Thanks to your remarkable support, Foregen raised $18,670 in March! This funding directly advances our mission and accelerates our path forward. Thank you for your continued support—we are doing everything we can to reach this human clinical trials as quickly as possible.
